Your Experienced Trainers Eunice LeMay and Jane Schwamberger, authors of Listen Up! How to Communicate Effectively at Work
After experiencing “poor communication” throughout her working career in business, retail, and high tech, Eunice LeMay (B.S.) discovered the rewards of excellent communication in 1999 when she started working for the Santa Cruz Public Libraries in Santa Cruz (CA) as Assistant to the Training Librarian, Jane Schwamberger (M.S.). Previously, Jane had implemented a highly successful communications program as Library Director of the New Port Richey Public Library (FL) interfacing with community groups, city staff, business, and Friends of the Library.
